Niamh writes and edits pieces on a wide array of topics for a variety of publications including: writing in-depth environment and alternative health features for news outlets and websites; writing lifestyle pieces on businesses, restaurants and people for newspapers and magazines; writing news articles and blogs on national politics, human interest and local government for print and web; editing web copy for nonprofits; writing and editing public relations material for political candidates; and editing academic papers in sociology, psychology and political science.
Niamh has a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Massachuestts, Amherst.
Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Niamh moved to Boston, MA when she was 16. Having traveled much of the United States since then, living in both Southwest Florida and Austin, Texas, Niamh is now settling in small-town New England.
